John & Beth Garry have a combined 45 years of experience in the real estate industry. They are lifetime residents of DuPage County and have known each other their whole lives, having grown up just two blocks from each other, in Bensenville, IL. John’s passion and expertise lies with buyers. He has extensive knowledge in construction and knows what makes a quality home, which allows him to be extremely thorough during the showing process. He takes great pride in educating buyers to help them make the best decision through his expertise. Beth’s 30 years’ sales background, 20+ years’ of office experience, and attention to detail allows her to prepare and promote listings at an exceptional level. They have an ideal partnership, bringing their different passions and personalities together. John & Beth reconnected in their 30’s and married in 2012. They have shared three amazing Labrador Retrievers together. Their current yellow Lab, Gracie, is the light of their lives and is professionally trained and recently earned her American Kennel Club (AKC) Urban Canine Good Citizen (CGC) designation.

Sara joined our real estate team in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication with a focus in media arts, journalism, and marketing. Previously working as a Shift Leader at Bowlero, she gained secretarial and management experience, which helps for all the behind the scenes tasks in real estate. Her Mass Communication focus helps her bring a creative eye to our team which allows us to build materials and leverage social media to market homes with expertise. She assists with preparing homes for sale, transaction coordinating, maintaining client relationships after closing and beyond! Sara has been bowling since she was 4 years old and earned an athletic scholarship to attend the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL. She was part of their inaugural bowling team and, in just four short years of the program, they became NAIA National Champions! She is a homebody who loves Jurassic Park and Harry Potter, and can most often be found snuggling up with her two cats, Macaroni and Cheeto, and a good book!
